Treasury Services Limited from The Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation
(ESPO) Framework Agreement 664-21 for Treasury Management Consultancy Services
on a 4 year contract at a total value of £49,800.

To enter into any necessary legal documentation
to effect the award.
