Decision

1.   
To freeze 2.8 CS Admin post and increase
Customer Liaison Officer posts by 2.35 on a temporary arrangement for 12 months.

 

2.   
To give authority to the Director for Housing and
Communities to extend this arrangement for a further 12 months when this comes
to an end, subject to there being budget provision to do so.
