Purpose

Grant of access over Randall Close, Barsby which is a
private road owned by the Council.

Decision

To grant a right of access over the Council’s land at
Randall Close, Barsby to enable the owner of 16 Main Street, Barsby to develop
one new house in the back garden of that property, subject to paying a market
price for those access rights together with the Council’s professional fees,
and to obtaining the necessary planning permission.
