1.  To enter into a contract and sign other relevant documents
to enable installation and operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure
through the Flex D countywide partnership project 

 

2. To approve an addition
to the Council’s capital programme of £205K funded by capital grant to meet the
costs of purchase and installation of charging hubs 

 

3.  To delegate
authority to the Director for Place and Prosperity, in consultation with the
Portfolio Holders for Corporate Governance, Environment and Regulatory
Services and Corporate Finance, Property and Resources to: 

a.   
agree on the final design, specification, and
location of the Flex D charging infrastructure and take all steps necessary to
install and operate it, and 

b.   
make any necessary changes to the Council’s Car
Parking Order to allow installation and operation of the charging
infrastructure and recovery of appropriate charges from users.
