APPROVED the revised ‘Contaminated Land
Strategy’.

DELEGATED AUTHORITY to the Director of
Place and Prosperity, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Environmental
Health, for the implementation of the ‘Strategy’.

3)   
NOTED that the ‘Strategy’ aligns with
statutory duties under Part 2A of the EPA 1990 and incorporates current
national guidance.

4)   
APPROVED that the ‘Strategy’ be published
and made available to developers, landowners and the public.

5)   
APPROVED that page numbers are added to
