Decision

Cabinet:

 

1)   
APPROVED in principle the disposal of
surplus HRA garage sites and land subject to an options appraisal and business
case for the disposal of each site being confirmed.

2)   
DELEGATED AUTHORITY to the Director of
Housing and Communities in consultation with the Director for Corporate
Services, Portfolio Holder for Housing and Landlord Services, Ward member and
Assistant Director for Governance and Democracy, to dispose of surplus HRA
garage sites and land after reviewing an options appraisal and business case
for the disposal of each proposed site.
