That Cabinet:
1) Noted the provisional year end position, variations to the 2025-26 approved budget and the resultant effect on the Council’s HRA balances and reserves as set out below and in the attached papers for both revenue and capital.
2) Approved the Revenue Carry Forwards of £190k, as referenced in paragraphs 5.1.4 and 5.1.5.
3) Approved the Capital Carry Forwards of £2,483k as per Appendix B and paragraph 5.3.2.
