Decision

The following decisions are being taken in accordance with the Cabinet meeting on 13 November 2024 and the recommendations accepted (see point 8 in the decision notice).

  1. To draw down the remaining £33,000 (of the original £150,000 as agreed at Cabinet) from the Regeneration and Innovation Reserve (as per decision notice CEX543 dated 27 May 2025);
  2. To use £7,625 of the draw down to extend the contract agreed by CEX593 with Mondrem CIC to complete the S106 project work by extending the contract by 1 month to finalise the additional process mapping, roles and responsibilities and legal cross-checking work at a cost of £7,625;
  3. To utilise the remaining £25,375 to enable payment of the final invoice relating to the contract with Mondrem CIC to complete the Planning Productivity Plan as originally commissioned.
