To facilitate a change to the establishment in respect of this role

To implement changes to the Community Support Hub staffing establishment as set out below:

1)     Reduction of mentors on the permanent establishment from 6.4FTE to 4.58FTE effective from the date of decision and completion of relevant HR processes.

2)     Create the role of Senior Mentor for the Community Support Hub at Band 9 (Job-evaluated).

3)     Create the role of a Skills Coach and EDI Officer at Band 8 (Job-evaluated).

4)     Align the Admin/Reception role for the Community Support Hub to the band 5 Admin Job Family.
