That Cabinet agree to establish a 3-11
Welsh-medium primary school on the Overmonnow Primary School site with effect from 1st
September 2024.
 
That officers take the necessary steps to
establish a temporary governing body for the school in advance of
September 2024.
 
That Cabinet agree that home to school
transport will only be awarded in line with the home to school
transport policy. Therefore, younger siblings of existing pupils
currently attending Ysgol Gymraeg Y
Fenni will only receive free transport to the new school.
