It is recommended to not hold a public
inquiry, and to proceed to approve and implement the proposed
orders identified below:

A 7.5T Weight Restriction on Mill Lane,
Caldicot.
A Prohibition of Waiting and Loading at Any
Time on Wonastow Road Industrial Estate
West, Monmouth.
A Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time on
Wyesham Avenue, Monmouth.
A Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time on
Wyesham Road and Highmeadow, Monmouth.
A Limited Waiting Disabled Persons Parking
Place on Hardwick Terrace B4293, Chepstow.
 
It is further recommended that the proposed
order identified below be approved and implemented, with the
extents of the order being subject to an insubstantial modification
resulting in a less onerous arrangement than that originally
proposed, as detailed in drawing 2205 REV B.
