Decision:

 

That
having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the objections are
overruled in full to the (Church Street, Briton Ferry) (Disabled Residents
Parking Places) Order 2024 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report)
and that the scheme is implemented as advertised at the earliest convenience.

 

The
objectors will be notified of the decision of the board accordingly.

 

Reasons
for Decision:

 

Following
on from the public consultation regarding the proposed Individual disabled
parking bay proposed for 6 Gower Buildings, Church Street.  We have received objections to the proposals
which must be reported to Cabinet in the form of this report and associated
IIA.

 

Implementation
of Decision:

 

That
the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
