Decision:

 

That
having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, approval is granted
to advertise the Traffic Regulation Orders at York Place Cwrt Dyffryn and
Revocation of existing ‘No Stopping Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm on Entrance
Markings at Talcennau road to facilitate the new
Housing Development at Devonshire place, Port-Talbot (as detailed in Appendix A
to the circulated report) and if no objections are received that the proposal
is to be implemented on site as advertised.

 

Reasons
for Decision:

 

The
scheme is necessary to prevent indiscriminate parking in the interest of road
safety.

 

Implementation

That
the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
