Members approve the exclusion of Contract Procedure Rules for this contract, in
accordance with their discretionary power under Contract Procedure Rules 1.8,
and the Head of Service for Support Services and Transformation be authorised to
directly award a contract to 4TheRegion for the confirmed three-year funding
period, to include the value confirmed funding from Welsh Governement, as well
as any additional funding granted during the three-year period.
