Licensing Sub-Committee The Sub-Committee conducts hearings and makes decisions on licence applications (Licensing Act 2003) when objections have been made or where licences have been called in for review by Responsible Authorities. The Sub-Committee also holds hearings where a taxi application has been refused by an officer and makes a decision on whether the application should be allowed.
