About

The Executive Shareholder Committee provides strategic oversight of the Council's development companies, Active4Today and Arkwood Developments Ltd. It manages the relationship between the Council and these companies, ensuring compliance with governance agreements and reviewing their performance and financial health.

The committee recommends the Articles of Association and Governance Agreements for approval by the Council. It also agrees the board constitutions, approves director appointments and removals, and reviews the companies' annual reports and business plans. For Arkwood Developments, it determines how the Council exercises its shareholder functions, including decisions on dividend payments.
