Decision

AGREED that
Cabinet:
 

a)     
note the report;
 

b)     
approve the preparation of a new Local Plan for
Newark & Sherwood; and
 

c)     
adopt amendments to the Local Development Scheme as
set in Section 2 of this report and Appendix A, to come into force
on 17 December 2024.
