Purpose

To secure Portfolio Holder
approval to use Section 106 contributions held by the District
Council for improvements to community facilities and sports
facilities in Edwinstowe.

Decision

That Section 106
contributions of £78,019.29
secured through AG1180 and held by the District
Council to be used
toward the provision of a MUGA at Jubilee Park and
£123,027 for improvements to Edwinstowe Village Hall be
paid to Edwinstowe Parish Council.
 
That the Council’s
Capital Programme is increased by £78,019.29 Open Space Sports contribution
and £123,027 Community Facilities contribution from
Section 106 agreement AG1180.
