Decision

That:
 

a)     
the proposed consultation response at Appendix B be
approved; and 
 

b)     
the Portfolio Holder for Climate and the
Environment, in consultation with the Planning Policy Board, be
given delegated authority to comment at the next stage as set out
in paragraph 2.7 of the report.
