Purpose

To make appointments to Outside Bodies for the 2026/27 Municipal Year and to the Boards of the Council’s wholly owned companies.

Decision

AGREED That the appointment of representatives on outside bodies and Council owned companies for 2026/27, as set out in the  schedule attached to this report be approved.

Reasons for the decision

To ensure that the Council has representatives appointed to represent the interests of the Council on various Outside Bodies and wholly owned Council Companies.
