Decision

That Cabinet:

a)      approve the updated Local Plan timetable;

b)      publish the Gateway 1 self-assessment findings and the Scoping Consultation summary;

c)       progress through Gateway 1 and commence the 30-month programme for preparing the New Local Plan; and

d)      approve the proposed decision-making arrangements for the New Local Plan set out in Table 1 to the report, including delegated authority to the Portfolio Holder where specified.
