Decision

That Cabinet recommend to Full Council:

a)      that the District Council’s responses to the proposed Minor Modifications/Points of Clarification consultation responses set out in Appendix C be agreed;

b)      that the proposed Minor Modifications/Points of Clarification set out in Appendix D and amendments to the Policies Map in Appendix E should be included within the final DPD; and

c)       the adoption of the DPD as amended by the Main and Minor Modifications/Points of Clarification and approval to amend the Policies Map accordingly.
