Decision

That Cabinet:

a)      note the outcome of the inspection and the feedback from the Regulator;

b)      approve the housing improvement plan set out in section 2.4;

c)       note the process and time frame for achieving C1 regulatory grading set out in 2.5; and

d)      note that progress against the action plan will be presented quarterly to the Cabinet, Policy & Performance Improvement Committee and Tenant Influence and Assurance Board.
