Purpose

To secure Portfolio Holder
approval to use Section 106 contributions held by the District
Council for community facilities in the Rainworth
locality.
 

Decision

AGREED:
 
1.
That the Section 106 contributions for community facilities held by
the District Council for community facilities in the Rainworth
locality be allocated to appropriate projects including significant
improvements to Rainworth Village Hall; and
 
2.
That the Council’s Capital Programme is increased by
£195,252.15, financed by Section 106 AG1087 Community
Facilities Contribution accordingly to register the projects
approved and the facilities to receive investment.
