Purpose

The purpose of the
report is to gain approval for the release of £17,361.33 of
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Neighbourhood Portion for the
provision of additional pathway lighting at Barbondale Lonnen in
Chapel Ward.

The Deputy Chief
Executive is recommended to approve the release of £17,361.33
of CIL neighbourhood portion funds already received from developers
towards the provision of the street lighting along the pathway at
the open space.
The funding has been
sourced from CIL Neighbourhood Portion from planning permission
2018/0382/01/DET – Lower Callerton.
