Purpose

To accept a grant from
the North East Combined Authority contributing £337,110
towards the total cost of the Winter Festival - Enchanted City in
December 2025, and the Creative Producer Training Programme running
November 2025 – March 2026.

Approve the acceptance
of the grant from North East Combined Authority.
Authorise the Officer
(Maddie Maughan) to work with Assistant Director Legal Services to
enter into the Grant Funding Agreement.
