Purpose

The purpose of this report is to approve the
release of £154,823 of S106 funding for the extension of
Throckley Primary School in Callerton and Throckley Ward.

Content

The Deputy Chief Executive is recommended to
approve the release of £154,823 of S106 funding already
received from developers for the extension of Throckley Primary
School.
 
The funding has been secured from the
residential development at Throckley South – 2015/1185/01/OUT
and is to be used explicitly for the extension.
