Purpose

This report will seek approval for Delegated Authority to initiate and procure contracts and approve spend for the services to deliver the full EURO 2028 Host City Programme. All procurement activity will be undertaken in accordance with council process with robust and competitive tenders. Services commissioned through this process will align with the budget allocations set out within the Grant Funding Agreement.
