The purpose of this report is to authorise the release of £41,150.46 of S106 funding and £6,349.54 of CIL Neighbourhood Portion funding for the improvement of Gosforth Central Park Play Area and Basketball Court in Gosforth Ward.

Decision

The Director of Housing and Communities is recommended to approve the release of £41,150.46 of S106 funding and £6,349.54 of CIL Neighbourhood Portion funding for the improvement of Gosforth Central Park Play Area and Basketball Court. The funding has been secured from the planning permissions 2019/0983/01/DET – Sanderson Hospital (S106) and 2021/1350/01DET – Hollywood Avenue (CIL).
