About
The Newham Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Commission is a temporary body established to gather and examine evidence to shape Newham's strategy for children and young people with SEND. It will present its findings to the SEND Executive Board to inform the 2022-2027 SEND strategy, including defining inclusion in education and society. The Commission's role is advisory, reporting to the SEND Executive Board, which then informs the Health and Wellbeing Board, ultimately advising the Cabinet.
