For the reasons set out in the report and its
appendices Cabinet RESOLVED to Agree to:
 
 
i) 
Note the referral of the Executive Decision on Development of the
People Powered Places Programme 2025-2027, made by Cabinet on 4
February 2025 and the recommendations of the Overview and Scrutiny
Committee;
 
ii) 
Note the Executive Response;
 
iii) 
Note that the recommendations from Overview and
Scrutiny Committee for other models will be considered as part of a
review of the potential uses of the remaining and future NCIL,
alongside opportunities to unlock potential General Fund
savings
 
iv) 
Reaffirm the decision of Cabinet made 4th February 2025
