Note the recommendations referred for reconsideration from Overview
& Scrutiny Committee’s call-in of the Cabinet decision of
4th March 2025 relating to Populo
Living Business Plan 2025/26.
ii)
Consider and agree the Executive response to the Call-in
Resolutions, set out at sections 3.5 - 3.10.3 of the report.

Confirm the Cabinet decision of 4th March to:
