Decision

For the reasons detailed in the report and its
appendices Cabinet RESOLVED to:
 
i) 
Note the recommendations referred for reconsideration from Overview
& Scrutiny Committee’s call-in of the Officer Key
Decision of 15th April 2025 relating to Juniper Ventures;
 
ii) 
Agree the Executive response to the Call-in Resolutions, set out at
section 4 of the report;
 
iii) 
Confirm the Officer Key decision of 15th April 2025 set out in
Appendix 3 of the Officer Key Decision Report ‘Juniper
Ventures – Proposals on Annual Leave and Sickness Terms and
Conditions’; and
 
iv) 
Note that as part of the Juniper Ventures Business Plan, that will
be presented to Cabinet the matters as raised in exempt Appendix 21
will be detailed clearly
