The Corporate Director of Environment and Sustainable Transport decided to approve the permanent implementation of the Phase 3 Healthy School Streets scheme on November 22, 2023. This decision makes permanent traffic orders to bring into force the provisions of the experimental Healthy School Streets traffic orders. Officers will process and make permanent traffic orders under sections 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
