The Corporate Director of Inclusive Economy and Housing decided on 07/05/2024 to accept the tender for the Green Street Workspace Main Works Construction Contract. This decision was made following a review of options and a recommendation to proceed with the contract.

The Mayor and Cabinet decided on an unspecified date in April 2024 to in-source both contracted services currently held with Early Start Group Limited. They also resolved to put the company into voluntary insolvency and wind it up. The Corporate Director of Adults & Health decided on 19 August 2025 to accept £100,000 of funding from the Royal Docks Team to support community projects in Beckton & Royal Docks and Custom House & Canning Town. This includes £80,000 for community grants and £20,000 for administration and staffing.
