The Cabinet decided on 2nd April 2024 to acquire the freehold interest of 7 units at Cleveland House, Forest Gate, London, E7 0HD. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director of Resources to finalise terms and complete the acquisition, and to determine letting arrangements to a third party.
