The Cabinet decided to accept £1,520,471 in grant funding from the Warm Homes Social Housing Fund and enter into legal agreements to implement this, on 22/07/2025. The Cabinet also agreed to delegate authority for procurement and contract award for works to carry out the Warm Homes programme.

The Cabinet agreed to allocate up to £2,054,000 from the HRA Capital Programme for the refurbishment of Property A and up to £1,140,000 for Property B, on 22/07/2025. The Cabinet also agreed to commence procurement for contractors and delegate authority for contract awards for these capital works.

The Cabinet agreed to the return of planning powers from the London Legacy Development Corporation to Newham, on 09 November 2023. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Corporate Director of Inclusive Economy and Housing Delivery to agree technical and non-substantive changes to the Statutory Transfer Scheme.
