The Cabinet of Newham Council decided to agree a revised procurement approach for the split of shared technology and delivery of the Newham technology roadmap. This decision was made on 01 April 2025. The Corporate Director of Resources was delegated the award and entering of contracts to support this roadmap, in consultation with the Lead Member for Finance and Resources and Newham Council representatives on the OneSource Joint Committee.
