Colin Ansell, Corporate Director, Adults and Health, approved the admission of sixteen providers onto Category 1 of the Supporting Vulnerable Adults Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle for Supported Living on 14 December 2023. This decision allows for the next stages of the procurement process for supported living services.

Fiona Connolly, Corporate Director of Adults and Health, and Councillor Susan Masters, Cabinet Member for Adults, Health and Environment, agreed to the direct award of a five-year contract for a Home and Settle Service to Age UK East London from 1 July 2026. This service supports residents aged 18+ returning home from hospital.

Rebecca Johnson, Corporate Director of Environment and Sustainable Transport, approved the extension of the enforcement concession contract for environmental enforcement services for two years from 1 April 2026. This contract is nil cost to the council and is estimated to generate £2m in income.
