This decision approves the statutory advertisement, consultation, and making permanent of Traffic Management Orders to implement the low traffic neighbourhood. The decision also approves making permanent the trial disability exemption policy and solidifies exemptions for emergency vehicles, refuse vehicles, highway and utilities maintenance, postal services, and authorised vehicles with a blue badge exemption permit.
