The Mayor and Cabinet decided to accept the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) grant for the 2026/27 financial year, with anticipated funding between £1.8 million and £2.2 million. This decision was made on 18 November 2025. The council will conduct an annual open tender process to procure delivery partners for the HAF programme across four lots: Primary School Aged Provision, Secondary School Aged Provision, Targeted SEND Provision, and Specialist SEND Provision.
