The Corporate Director – Inclusive Economy, Housing and Culture of Newham Council approved the award of a contract on 30 June 2026. The decision approved the award of a contract to Maybrick Property Maintenance Limited for decarbonisation works at Brampton Primary School. The approved works include the installation of a new heating and ventilation system incorporating air source heat pump technology.
