Newham Council's Corporate Director of Inclusive Economy and Housing, Paul Kitson, approved a contract award for stock condition surveys on 25 August 2026. The decision was to award a contract to Bellrock Advisory LLP for up to £980,000 to conduct stock condition surveys. This includes up to 6,000 internal and external surveys, 2,000 communal and block surveys, and associated HHSRS assessments.
