Decision

The report to the
Strategic Development Committee (SDC) provided an overview
primarily on financial matters related to the monies secured,
received, allocated and spent; the first appendix to this report is
part of the Council’s statutory report about developer
contributions.
 
Additionally, the
report and second appendix consider London City Airport’s
(‘the
Airport’)
compliance with their planning controls, as required by the Airport
deed of planning obligation.
 
Decision
 
The Strategic
Development Committee RESOLVED to NOTE the information relating to
developer contributions for the 2022/23 financial year; and the
report on compliance related to the airport; and the other
information appended to the report.
