Purpose

Cabinet is being asked to note the findings of
the review of the first year of implementation of the new
allocations policy. The recommendation to review the new scheme
after its first year was approved by Cabinet when the changes to
the allocations scheme were presented in July 2021

To note the report on the impact of the new
allocations policy at Appendix 1.
ii) 
To note the proposals for future consultation on
amendments to the policy set out in paragraphs 4.4-4.7 in the
report.
