Officer Key Decision approved the appointment of Populo Design and Build to manage the National Standards House Frames Project - Pattern Book Pilot on 16 September 2026. The decision approved entering into a Development Management Services Agreement with Populo Design and Build Limited for up to £0.740m to deliver a pattern book of housing designs. This includes the procurement of sub-contractors for technical design, cost consultancy, construction supply chain advice, masterplan architecture, and planning consultancy.
