For the reasons set out in this report and its appendices, Cabinet RESOLVED to:
i) Endorse the refreshed Delivering Best Value for Our Residents Plan (Appendix 1), reflecting progress and refreshed priorities since the last report.
ii) Note progress on improvement since the March Cabinet report, as well as the updated Chief Executive’s Assessment (Appendix 2) and feedback from the Newham Transformation and Improvement Board (Appendix 3) and the latest meeting with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
