For the reasons set out in the report Cabinet
RESOLVED to Agree:
 
i) 
To remove proposal A15 – ‘Renegotiate trade union
officer facility time’ from its list of budget options being
considered at the present time;
 
ii) 
To note that this will add £120k to the overall budget gap;
and
 
 
iii) 
To note the advice of the Corporate Director of Resources (s151
officer) regarding the Chancellor’s budget of 30 October
2024.
