The Formal Council Questions and Responses process allows any Councillor to ask a question of the Cabinet/Executive at any time. A formal written response from the relevant Cabinet Member is then published within 10 working days. This process is governed by Newport City Council's Constitution. It is not a committee and no meetings are held; the published responses are referred to as 'minutes'.
