RESOLVED: That Council noted the report.   REASONS FOR DECISION:   (1)   Cabinet has responsibility for ensuring the management of risks.   (2)   This report is presented to Council as our Risk Management Framework Strategy document determines that all Councillors should support and promote an effective risk management culture.
